Gaskets | Bellows Hellas

Mechanical seals positioned between two mating surfaces in order to fill the space in between and prevent any leakage from or into the joined objects. They are one of the simplest sealing components and they can also fill any irregularities on the mating surfaces. We provide a number of different Gasket types which can be manufactured at any shape and size to meet the needs of the customer.

Gasket Types and Use

Metal Plastic Gaskets:

Gaskets which are primarily used in gas exhaust lines due to their suitability for high temperature use. They consist of core non asbestos sheet which is coated by a metal sheath. They can be manufactured at any shape and size requested by the customer.
Mild Steel Gaskets:

Gaskets manufactured of mild steel mostly suitable for sealing glands and pistons. They can be manufactured at any shape and size requested by the customer.
Vegetable Oil Gaskets:

Gaskets which are suitable for sealing surfaces used for oil applications. They can be manufactured at any shape and size requested by the customer.
Non Asbestos Gaskets

Gaskets that can be used for sealing of water, oil, exhaust gas, chemicals and petroleum depending on the composition of the manufacturing material. They can be manufactured at any shape and size requested by the customer.
Spiral Wound Gaskets:

Spiral Wound Gaskets are the ideal solution for high pressure and high temperature applications while being corrosive and solvent resistant. They can be manufactured in Circular, Oval, Oblong and Square shapes with the option of including Inner and Outer Metal Rings to meet the needs of the customer.
Rubber Cork Gaskets

Rubber Cork Gaskets are highly compressible and flexible compared to other gasket materials. They are solvent, fuel and oil resistant while they act as an excellent anti-vibration material. They can be manufactured at any shape and size requested by the customer.
Rubber Manholes:

Gaskets manufactured of various types of rubber depending on the application, used to seal the manholes of tanks. They can be manufactured at any shape and size requested by the customer.
